两个优良甘蔗品系堆放过程中的品质变化

摘　　要：取样分析云蔗02-588和02-1826两个甘蔗优良品系堆放过程中(6d内、自然条件下)蔗糖分、重力纯度、还原糖及单茎重等指标的变化情况。结果表明蔗糖分、重力纯度、单茎重等指标均出现不同程度的下降,还原糖逐渐升高。云蔗02-588品质变化较慢,耐贮性明显优于云蔗02-1826。Two fine sugarcane varieties, Yunzhe02-588 and Yunzhe02-1826 were deposited under natural condition for 6 days. Some indexes such as sucrose content, gravitation pure, reducing sugar and stalk weight of the two varieties were daily determined. The result indicated that sucrose content, gravitation pure and stalks weight were differently decreased, while reducing sugar content increased. The qualitative change of Yunzhe02- 588 was less than that of Yunzhe02-1826, which showed that the storage character of Yunzhe02-588 was more superior to that of Yunzhe02-1826.
