摘　　要：经济转型与发展方式转变是区域经济发展中所必须面对的一个重要课题。文章通过对经济转型概念的辨析,认为在体制约束条件下,经济转型与发展方式转变具有本质上的一致性,其核心是结构转变。文章概括了改革开放以来浙江经济转型的历程与特征,通过对当前浙江经济发展面临的问题与挑战分析的基础上,就当前浙江经济转型与发展方式转变的主要特征与政策取向提出了若干想法。Economic transformation and change of development mode is a very important subject in the regional economic development. Through the analysis on the concept of economic transformation, it recognizes that under the condition of system constraint, economic transformation and change of development mode has substantial consistency： with the core of structure transformation. This essay summarizes the history and characteristics of the economic transformation in Zhejiang Province since the reform and opening up. Based on the analysis on the current problems and challenges of the economic development, raises ideas on main characteristic and policy orientation of Zhejiang＇ s economic transformation and change of development mode.
