摘 要:以轻质柔性不锈钢材料为衬底,利用共蒸发法制备较高质量的四元化合物Cu(In,Ga)Se_2薄膜,在沉积CIGS薄膜前沉积一定厚度的NaF预置层,使得所制备的CIGS薄膜含有适量浓度的Na,并获得了10.06%的转换效率。利用X射线衍射仪和X射线荧光光谱仪分别测量了所制备薄膜的晶相和组分,利用扫描电子显微镜分析了不锈钢衬底CIGS太阳电池的断面形貌,最后分析了NaF的掺入对CIGS太阳电池的影响。The manufacturing of four-compotmd Cu (In, Ga) Se2(CIGS) thin films on light weight flexible stainless steel substrates by "three-stage" co-evaporation process was describes, a NaF precursor layers were deposited directly on top of the molybdenum back contact layers prior to the CIGS absorb films deposition, and an optimum Na concentration in CIGS layers were obtained, as a result, an efficiency of 10.06% was achieved. The composition of the films was determined by XRD and the phases in the films were identified by XRF respectively. Cross-sectional images of CIGS solar cells on stainless steel substrates were obtained by SEM. At last, we analyzed the effects of NaF on the properties of CIGS thin films solar cells.
