摘  要:根据对汽车驱动装置的实测数据,结合传统解放牌汽车后轮轮毂的结构特点,设计并一种新型的双凸轮式永磁轮毂电机,并对该结构进行了各种相应机械特性的核算和调整。在此基础上,针对该轮毂电机的电磁,设计开发了基于VC++的电磁场三重迭代核算程序,给出了一台5 kW样机的电磁设计方案。This paper used doubly salient permanent magnet motor into driving wheel-hub motor of electric vehicle. It designed and proposed a novel permanent magnet wheel-hub motor with doubly salient wheels on the basis of the combinations of the actual measurements of driving equipments of vehicle and the structural features of back wheel-hub of traditional JIEFANG vehicle. It made necessary checking calculations and adaptations aiming at every mechanical characteristics of the structure. At the same time, it designed and developed triple repeated checking calculating programs of the magnetic field on the wheel-hub motor, and it proposed a electromagnetic scheme of the 5 kW sample motor.
