摘  要:以IR2130芯片作为电机驱动器件,实现了一套完整的无刷直流电动机驱动方案。由于芯片是功率MOS器件栅极驱动集成电路,因此在简化驱动电路设计的同时提高了系统的可靠性,此外还包括欠压保护、过流保护等保护功能。实践证明,此方案简单可靠且成本较低,有较高的实用价值。An integrated drive circuits' design of brushless DC motor was presented. The chip IR2130 was used as the driving controller. The drive circuit of power Mosfet was simplified and the stabilization of the system was enhanced attributed to the integration capability of this chip. Also protect circuits against low battery voltage, over current were included. The design was practical as its stabilization and its low cost.
