香型软米两系不育系明香10S选育研究

摘　　要：利用籼型两系不育系SE21S与糯性光身两系不育材料双光S杂交,经系谱选择至F4,选用不育性好、米质优的株系S426与香型优质保持系粤丰B杂交,通过中高海拔低温生态压力条件下进行两系不育系的育性鉴定和筛选,经系谱选择育成香型软米两系不育系明香10S,并配制出香型软米两系杂交水稻新组合明香1027。Indica type two-line GMS line, SE21S, was used as female parent to cross with Nuda Shuangguang S, a sweet rice variety. A desirable variety, S426, was selected from the F4 of hybrids with good sterility and quality. A new aromatic soft two-line GMS rice line, Mingxiang10S, was successfully bred by a two-line sterility selection method from the cross between S426 and good quality aromatic type maintainer line, Yuefeng B, on high altitude and at low temperature. A new aromatic soft rice two-line hybrid rice, Mingxiang 1027, was obtained.
