摘 要:大庆油田深部地层成岩性好、研磨性强、岩石可钻性级值高、硬度高,致使常规钻井机械钻速低、钻头磨损严重、钻进周期长,为此在徐深28井开展了气体钻井试验。通过地质分析,选择了适当井段并进行了井身结构设计,通过采取使用满眼钻具组合、优选钻头、优化钻井参数、确定注气排量一系列技术措施,在保证井身质量的同时,实现了防斜打快的目的。现场试验表明:在产层应用纯氮气钻井为今后大庆深井产层进行纯氮气钻井提供了科学依据;通过应用空气钻井所需最小排量的确定方法和气举过程等相关技术,进一步完善了的大庆气体钻井技术,加快了徐家围子地区深井的勘探开发速度。The deep formation in Daqing Oilfield features in good digenesis, strong abrasiveness, high rock drillability, and high hardness. As a result, the conventional rate of penetration is low, the drilling bit is severely worn, and drilling cycle gets longer. So how to increase the penetration rate is an urgent problem to be solved in Daqing Oilfield. To solve the problem, gas drilling test is conducted in the Xushen - 28 well. Through geological analysis, casing program design is taken in suitable well sections, the packed hole assembly is selected, drilling bit and drilling parameters are optimized, the discharge capacity of gas injection is determined. Successful gas drilling test is ensured by using the techniques mentioned above. It ensures the well bore quality, avoids borehole deviation and increases penetration rate. Meanwhile, the application of nitrogen drilling in the producing formation provides scientific basis for the nitrogen drilling in deep producing formations in Daqing Oilfield. The good application of gas drilling techniques in Xushen - 28 well shows that the gas drilling technique in Daqing Oilfield is further improved by applying the method to determine the minimum discharge capacity and the gas lifting technique. The speed of exploration and development in the Xujiaweizi area is accelerated.
