摘 要:随着水平井数量的增加,对水平井段防砂管进行高效的冲砂解堵日益重要。论述了一种旋转射流水平井段防砂管冲砂解堵技术。作业时用油管下入该井下装置,利用作业机带动油管上下移动,由于喷头可按照既定速度旋转,返回流体在水平段由常规的平稳轴向流动变为旋转流动,既可实现对防砂管的全方位解堵,又能避免砂粒沉积;高效喷嘴产生的射流直接对着防砂管冲击,能量集中;工作介质为清水(或注气水),不会对地层带来二次污染。现场应用了4口井,成功率100%,具有良好的经济和社会效益。With the increment of horizontal wells, it gets more and more important to remove the sands and plug in the screens effectively. This paper presents a technology to perform this task with rotating water jets. In operation, the downhole devices will be laid down with tubings which will move up and down using the operation machine. Since the injection head can rotate in the determined speed, the rotating flow, compared with the conventional stable axial flow, can prevent the sands from depositing in the horizontal annular and washing the screen. The jet from high - efficiency jet nozzle will wash the screen directly with concentrated hydro - power. The working fluid can be clean water (or water injecting gas) , without damage to the formation. The technology has been applied to four wells with the success rate reaching 100%. It has good economic and social effects.
