摘 要:准确了解掌握采油菌种的生理生化特征,可以为菌种的后期保藏、培养及筛选更适合微生物采油的菌种提供理论基础。对室内保藏的74株采油菌种进行了菌落、菌体形态观察,革兰氏染色分类,并对菌株的糖发酵实验、厌氧硝酸盐产气实验、产硫化氢实验以及运动性能等生理生化特征进行了分析测定。结果显示,74株菌中大多数菌为革兰氏阳性菌,其中部分菌具有兼性厌氧、产酸、不产硫化氢、运动能力强、厌氧硝酸盐产气等特性。这些特性都有利于微生物采油。To accurately understand the physiological biochemical characteristics of production fungus can provide theoretical basis for the paulopost fungus preservation, the cultivation and selection of fungi more suitable for microbiological production. In this paper, the morphologic observation of colonies and thalli of 74 fungi preserved in the lab is conducted. The gram - chromatic classification is made. Analysis and measurement is conducted on the physiological biochemical characteristics of bacterial strains including the carbohydrate fermentation experiment, the anaerobic nitrate gas producing experiment, the hydrogen sulphide producing experiment, and the kinematic performance. Results show that most of the 74 fungi belong to gram - positive fungi, while some of them are anaerobic ones and feature in acid production, no hydrogen sulphide production, good kinematic performance, anaerobic nitrate gas production. All the features are favorable for microbiological production.
