摘　　要：通过分类逐条选摘,对比分析我国建设工程施工合同条件与FIDIC合同条件中可以作为索赔基础和依据的条款,通过综合比较分析,明确了索赔条款的合理性、全面性、科学性与其优缺点,为实际工作中处理此类问题提供参考。Through the classification and the selection item by item, the author compares and analyzes the contract conditions of the construction project in China and the clauses which can be used as the claim basis in FIDIC contract conditions, makes clear the rationality, the comprehensiveness, the scientific, the advantages and dissdvantages of the claim basis by the comprehensive comparative analysis, which provides the reference for the similar problems in the practical work.
