云南省全面建设小康社会的进程评估与分析

摘　　要：本研究以构建的云南省全面建设小康社会进程评估的指标体系和方法的阶段成果为基础,通过数据收集和计算,对指标体系中的指标层、水平层、系统层、目标层的发展进程分别进行评估并预测目标年的实现状况,提出云南省小康社会建设的关键点是经济和人口的发展;通过与全国和西部省区的横向比较体现了云南省全面小康社会建设的艰巨性。依据进程评估对事关云南省全面小康建设的农村经济社会发展、人口问题、民族特色经济建设和区域合作等关键领域进行了分析。The study took the stage achievement which included the assessing indexes system and method about Yunnan province all rounds well-off society construction as a foundation, through data collection and computation, assessed the development proceeding and forecasted the realizing condition of indexes set, horizons set, systems set and goal set in target year separately, proposed the key points which have close relation to Yunnan all rounds well-off society constructs are the economy and the population development; the transversal comparison to the national and western provinces manifested the difficult of Yunnan all rounds well-off society building. Then we analyzed several key fields which are rural economy society development, population problem, national characteristic economic development and the regional cooperation based on the proceeding assessment.
