摘　　要：本文介绍了以成膜性、耐酸碱腐蚀性及耐老化性能优异的环氧树脂为基料，成功地制备出了免烧仿瓷釉涂料。讨论了各种因素对涂膜性能的影响，确定了最佳配方和生产工艺流程。进行了推广应用实验并获得了成功。The firing-free imitation enamel coating was prepared successfully by epoxy resin(basic materal)with excellent film forming property,acid fistness,resistance to alkali and resistance to ageing.The influence of many factors on the propery of lacquer film of coating was discussed.The optimum formula and the production process flow were established.Applied experiments were carried out and were successful.
