几个籼型光温敏核不育水稻在武昌的育性表现

摘  要:在武昌(2003年)自然条件下,通过分期播种的方法分别对4个不同类型的实用光温敏核不育系YW-2S、广占63S、1103S、培矮64S的育性转换特性进行了系统研究,并用时间序列相关分析法分析了其育性敏感期。结果表明,YW-2S、1103S、培矮64S育性对温度的敏感时期分别处在抽穗前的第21~13天、第21~14天、第21~13天,均处在幼穗分化的4~6期;广占63S处在抽穗前的第18~9天,处在幼穗分化的5期初至7期初。就供试不育系而言,温度和光照都是引起不育系育性转换的因素,在一定温度范围内,即长光使育性转换的临界温度降低,短光使育性转换的临界温度升高。Four practical photo-/ therrno-sensitive genic male-sterile lines,YW-2S, Guangzhan 63S,1103S, Pei'ai 64S, were sequentially seeded with 10d interval under natural conditions at Wuchang in 2003. The results of investigations on fertility expression showed that both photoperiod and temperature were important factors controlling fertility alteration of P(T) GMS lines, To a certain extent, their critical temperature inducing male sterility would be lower under longer day-length and higher under longer day-length and will be higher under shorter day-length. Their fertility expression and characteristics of fertility alteration varied from line to line. According to Correlation coefficients between daily mean temperature and self-sterility, the sensitive stage to temperature for fertility alteration of YW-2S was 21-13d before heading. The sensitive stage was 21-14d before heading in 1103S, 21-13d in Pei'ai 64S and 18-9d in Guangzhan 63S.
