Analysis of Heterosis and Combining Ability for Fiber Quality Traits in F_1 Hybrid from G.barbadense and G.hirsutum

摘  要:选用5个陆地棉品种(系)与5个海岛棉品种,采用不完全双列杂交设计(NCⅡ设计)配制25个杂交组合,对亲本及F1代5个主要品质性状进行杂种优势、配合力分析。结果表明,海陆杂交F1代品质性状杂种优势非常明显,尤以绒长、比强度的杂种优势最大,纤维2.5%跨长范围在33.8~38.4mm,竞争优势幅度为12.5%~25.1%,比强度33.9~41.9g·tex-1,竞争优势幅度在15.9%~43.3%。绒长、比强度陆地棉亲本间、海岛棉亲本间一般配合力都达到显著、极显著水平。其中L1、L2两个早熟品种(系)比强度的一般配合力比较高,而L3、L4、L53个中熟品种(系)绒长一般配合力比较高;海岛棉H3、H5比强度、绒长一般配合力都比较高。The five G.barbadense varieties and five G.hirsutum varieties were crossed by incomplete dialysis cross (NC Ⅱ design), and 25 hybrids were obtained. Then the analysis of hybrid vigor and combining ability were made about the main fiber quality traits in the F1 generation. The result showed that the heterosis of F1 population is obvious, especially in fiber length and fiber strength. The fiber length of 2.5% is from 33.8 mm to 38.4 mm,competition superiority from 12.5% to 25.1%. The fiber strength is in the range of 33.9-41.9g·tex^-1, competition superiority from 15.9% to 43.3%. The general combining ability different of both parents is significant or very significant. The two early maturing cottons of L1 and L2 have higher general combining ability than the other in fiber strength, and the medium maturing cottons of L3,L4, L5 have higher GCA of fiber length. The Gossypium barbadense of H3, H5 have higher GCA of fiber length and fiber strength.
