摘 要:以翠冠为接穗,以鸟梨和沙梨为砧木,研究了不同砧穗组合的亲和力、开花结果习性、物候表现、抗逆性及产量表现。结果显示,翠冠以鸟梨为砧木,具有良好的亲和力,嫁接成活率为91.5%,接合部位断裂率仅2.8%,五年生植株保存率97%,生长指数高达0.92,病死株率为3.0,物候期相对稳定,萌芽率高,连续3年产量显著高于沙梨砧的嫁接体。因此鸟梨可作为翠冠梨嫁接的适宜砧木。A pear cuhivar Cuiguan was used as clone; Pyrus calleryana and R pyrifolia were used as rootstock to study the graft affinity, habits of flowering and fruiting, periodic biological phenomenon, the resistance adversity and yields of different graft union under the entironment in Guangxi. The results were as follows: The graft affinity was excellent when P. calleryana was selected as rootstock for Cuiguan, while the survival rate of grafting was 91.5%, the breaking in graft union was merely 2.8% contrarily. The rate of conservation for five-year plants was 97%, the index of growth was 0.92 and the rate of dead plants was 3.0. Its phenological stage was relatively steady and the rate of budding was high. Its average yield was higher than that of P. pyrifolia fof three-year successively. In accordance with the observation results, it might be regarded that P. calleryana was the fine rootstock for Cuiguan.
