大学生科研训练计划实践中的问题思考

摘　　要：浙江大学科研训练计划（SRTP）项目经过9期的实施，得到了师生的广泛好评，认为对培养高年级大学生的自主创新、科研素养、方法和科研动手能力有重要的作用。该文针对浙江大学SRTP项目开展中存在的问题进行了探索和思考，从教学模式、导师作用、实验室管理和开放、观念等角度做了分析，同时提出了从教学模式、课程设置、教材建设、教学实验平台建设、素质教育、观念培养等环节系统地进行研究型教学的对策和建议。The SRTP has undertaken 9 issues in Zhejiang University and got broad good appreciation both from teachers and students until now. It has proved to have important effect in developing independent innovation, scientific research quality, research method and practical capability. But there are some problems in the implementing process which hampers the program further to improve. Such problems caused by factors concerning of traditional education mode, tutorship, laboratory management, etc. are analyzed and discussed, and related advices are given to improve the efficiency of the program in implemental process at the same time.
