摘　　要：新中国建立后,实施"两条腿走路"的办学方针,在一定程度上缓解了穷国办大教育的困境,促进了教育的发展。"两条腿走路"办学是我国历史文化传统和现实国情的产物,对当代教育的发展具有重要启示意义。The policy of running school in double tracks is carried out in the early period of People＇s Republic of China. To a certain extent, this policy relieves China from the difficulty of developing great education under poor circumstances and it promotes the education to a higher level. Running school in double track is due to the result of historical cultural traditions and realistic national conditions. It has important revelation to develop present education.
