摘  要:用Gleeble-3800热力模拟试验机对GCr15钢进行了单道次压缩实验,实验温度从950~1150℃变化,实验应变速率从0.1~10s^-1变化。获得了实验钢种的应力-应变曲线、峰值应力模型、动态微观组织演变模型。借助MSC.Marc软件及其子程序代码,发展了一组三维有限元模型,研究了不同变形条件下的压缩过程,分析了试样的应变分布,并评估了变形参数对动态再结晶分数与晶粒大小的影响。所得晶粒尺寸模拟值与实验值吻合较好。The single compression tests of GCr15 steel were performed on Gleeble-3800 thermal-mechanical simulator at 950-1150℃ and strain rates of 0.1-10s^-1. The stress-strain curves, the models of peak-stress and dynamic microstructure evolution of the steel were obtained. Also, three-dimensional FE models were developed to investigate the compression processes under different deformation conditions with the aid of MSC. Marc software and its subroutine code. The proposed models were utilized to analyze the strain distribution of specimens as well as to evaluate the influence of process parameters on dynamic recrystallized fraction and the grain size. The results showed that the simulated results of grain size were in good agreement with the experimental values.
