摘 要:用十六烷基三甲基溴化铵和苄基三甲基氯化铵改性膨润土制备了碳柱撑粘土,并对其性能进行了表征。用Cam-bridge S-360型扫描电镜对样品进行了表面形貌对比表征,采用美国ASAP2020型比表面积及孔径测定仪对材料的多孔性质包括比表面积、孔结构、以及孔径分布进行了全面分析,用日本D/MAX-2200PC自动X射线衍射仪对碳柱撑粘土的片层结构做了研究,最后对碳柱撑粘土的热重曲线(TG curve)和差示扫描量热曲线(DSC curve)进行了分析。结果表明:碳柱撑粘土的微观形貌呈针片状,平均孔径较有机粘土小,比表面积增大,碳柱撑粘土的主要结构是碳化的大粒子柱撑而构成的二维孔道,烧结后的有机粘土的热稳定性大大提高。Carbon pillared clay was prepared from bentonite modified by C19H42BrN and C10H16CIN and then characterized. Surface morphology of the sample was observed by Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM), the bore properties including the ratio surface, bore structure and bore path distribute of material were analyzed by ASAP2020 model test instrument of surface area and pore width , slice layer structure of carbon pillar clay was studied by Japanese D/PC MAX-2200 diffraction instrument. The DSC and TG curvs of carbon pillared clay were analyzed. The results indicated that the micro feature of carbon pillared clay were needle slice, the average bore diameter decreased, and the ratio surface enlarged, the mainly structure of carbon pillared clay was two-dimensional aperture formed by carbonized large particles, the hot stability of organic clay can be significantly improved with heat treatment.
