摘 要:宁夏固原地区人为水土流失十分严重,采矿、修路、资源开发等开发建设项目所产生的水土流失量占全地区水土流失总量的41.8%。和宁夏自治区其他地方相比,固原地区水土流失治理任务还相当艰巨,本研究利用1991年和1996年固原地区先后两次对人为造成的水土流失全面调查结果,分析了人为水土流失造成的危害,提出应继续加大自然生态修复的力度,落实开发建设项目水土保持措施,加强水土流失综合治理,正确处理保护和开发利用的关系,开展水土流失监测等有效措施进行综合治理,同时在全面调查固原地区的水土流失现状、特点及危害的基础上,分析了产生水土流失的成因,并提出了相应的防治对策。The soil and water erosion in Guyuan of Ningxia was very serious and the capacity of soil and water erosion cased by mining, road construction and resources development accounted for 41.8 % of the gross volume in whole region. Compared with other regions, the amelioration assignments in Guyuan is excessive difficulty. Based on two complete investigation results for the artificial soil and water erosion in 1991 and 1996 in Guyuan, this research analyzed the damage by the artifical soil and water erosion, put forward to continue enhancing power for renovating the natural ecology, carried out the soil and water conservational measures for exploitation projects, strengthened the comprehensive amelioration for the artifical soil and water loss, correctly dealed with the relation ship between protection and exploitation, carried out the effective measures as monitoring the soil and water loess and so on. At the same time, based on the complete investigation for the present situation, characteristics and damage of the soil and water erosion, analyzed the reasons for soil and water loss, put forward the related prevention countermeasures.
