摘　　要：中国作为世界上城市最多的国家,随着城市化进程的高速发展,中国城市交通问题日益严峻,以至于已经成为许多城市所面临的难题之一。发达国家和国内部分先进城市的经验已经证明,要解决城市交通问题,决不能把注意力集中于"硬件"建设上,而应同时给予交通"软件"足够重视,只有"软硬"兼施,才有可能找到解决城市交通难题的途径。With the rapid development of urbanization, China, the country with the largest number of cities, has confronted the increasingly severe communication which has become one of the common issues that many Chinese cities have to face. Experience of developed countries and some domestic advanced cities has certified that only if attention is paid to both ＂hardware＂ and＂ software＂, could we find out the channel to solve the communication headache in cities.
