Quantum SR和Lumenis One强脉冲光治疗面部皮肤光老化210例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的比较Quantum SR和Lumenis One强脉冲光治疗面部皮肤光老化的疗效和安全性。方法面部皮肤光老化患者210例,Quantum SR强脉冲光治疗86例,Lumenis One强脉冲光治疗124例,每名患者治疗5次,每次间隔3～4周,治疗结束后分析结果。结果Quantum SR和Lumenis One组色素沉着、毛细血管扩张、细小皱纹和皮肤质地改善的有效率分别为76.8%和88.5%;80.3%和90.1%;76.0%和85.1%;82.6%和90.3%。不良反应Quantum SR组为9.3%,Lumenis One组为0.8%。结论两种强脉冲光均为无创性有效治疗面部光老化的方法,Lumenis One强脉冲光治疗不良反应轻,更为安全。Objective To investrgate the therapeutic effect and safety of intense pulse light of Quantum SR and Lumenis One in the treatment facial photoaging. Methods A total of 210 patients who suffered from facial photoaging were treated with 5 times at 3-4week intervals by intense pulse light of Quantum SR and Lumenis One. Clinical effect was evaluated after treatment. Results After the fifth treatment, effective rate of Quantum SR and Lumenis One in pigmentation improvement, telangiectasia reduction, fine wrinkle reduction and smooth skin texture was 76. 8% and 88.5% ;80. 3% and 90. 1% ;76. 0% and 85.1% ;82. 6% and 90. 3%, respectively. Adverse reaction of Quantum SR and Lumenis One was 9. 3% and 0. 8%, respectively. Conclusions Treatment of facial photoaging by intense pulse light is an effective noninvasive method. Lumenis One is much safer.
