激光治疗外伤性文身34例临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的评价激光治疗外伤性文身的疗效。方法颜面部外伤性文身34例,先用Er:YAG激光对表皮及真皮浅层气化后,将浅层组织及部分色素气化,利于清洗异物颗粒,然后应用波长为1 064 nm的Q开关Nd:YAG激光进行治疗。结果治愈20例,显效14例。术后出现暂时性色素沉着8例。5例凹陷性萎缩性瘢痕的患者术后瘢痕明显变平。结论Er:YAG激光联合Q开关Nd:YAG激光治疗外伤性文身,治愈率高,无新瘢痕形成,对已经形成的凹陷性萎缩性瘢痕有治疗作用。Objective To evaluate the effect of laser therapy on injured tattoo. Methods Thirty four cases with face injured tattoo were grinded epiderm and superficial dermis of tattoo by Er ： YAG laser, cleaned extraneous material with saline and cotton bud, treated injured part with Q switch Nd ： YAG laser （ wavelength 1064 nm ）. Effect of treatment was observed after 3 months. Results There were 20 cases cured, 14 cases effective. Eight cases appeared pigmented disorder temporarily after treatment. In 5 cases with umbilication and atrophic scar the scars were smoothen. Conclusions The injured tattoo treated by Er ： YAG laser combined with Q switch Nd ： YAG laser has higher cure rate without new scar formation and the umbilication and atrophic scar can be cured.
