摘　　要：分析了崇文区某剧院原集中空调系统制冷效果差、电能损耗高的问题,在进行改造设计时,提出了若干技术措施。改造后的空调系统效果良好,通过测试不同的运行模式,均达到了节电节能的目的,为类似的改造工程积累了经验。Several problems existing in a theatre in Chongwen district of Beijing were analyzed, including a bad cooling effect and high running cost. In the design of the modification, a number of technical measures were put forward. After the modification, the air-eonditionin,g system works better. Through testing different modes of operation, the objectives of electricity saving and energy efficiency were achieved, That accumulates experience for the similar renovation projects.
