摘　　要：[目的]观察锁定钢板治疗老年肱骨近端骨折的疗效。[方法]采用肱骨近端锁定钢板治疗32例老年肱骨近端骨折,平均随访7个月。[结果]术后无创口感染、骨折不愈合和内固定松动发生。肩关节功能按照Neer评分标准,功能优12例,良14例,可5例,差1例,优良率为81.25%。[结论]肱骨近端锁定钢板对老年肱骨近端骨折固定可靠,并发症少,骨折愈合良好,便于早期功能锻炼等优点。[Objective] To observe the effect of fixed steel board on senile proximal humeral fracture. [Method] Administer fixed steel board to 32 eases,follow up for average 7 months. [Result] There＇s no wound infection or loose internal fix or un-cured fracture after operation. Score the shoulder function by Neer standard, 12 eases in excellent, 14 better, 5 good, 1 bad, the excellent rate 81.25 %. [Conclusion] To fix steel board at proximal humerus is reliable and fast for senile proximal humeral fracture, with less complication, good fracture cure, helpful for early exercise and other good points.
