中药熏蒸对强直性脊柱炎患者活动功能影响

摘　　要：[目的]探讨强直性脊柱炎有效治疗方法。[方法]治疗组29例患者中药熏蒸加柳氮磺胺吡啶(SASP)治疗,对照组21例患者单用SASP治疗,观察疗效。同时测定炎性指标的改变如血沉(ESR)、C反应蛋白(CRP)等。[结果]治疗前后两组病情活动指数和功能指数评分,BASFI表功能指数评分,治疗前后ESR、CRP变化均有显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01),治疗组优于对照组;治疗后优于治疗前。[结论]中药熏蒸治疗强直性脊柱炎具有改善患者身体的活动功能作用。[Objective] To explore effective method for ankylosing spodylitis. [Method] The treatment group 29 cases take TCD sufforcating added with SASP, the control one 21 cases take only SASP. Meanwhile measure inflammation index, such ESR, CRP, etc. [Result] On the indexes scores of disease action and function of both groups, as well as BASFI index, there＇s marked difference on ESR and CRP changes before and after treatment（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）, the former one is better than the latter, so is the effect after than before treatment. [Conclusion] TCD sufforcating can improve patients＇ movement with ankylosing spondylitis.
