髓海发育迟缓致儿童注意缺陷多动障碍病机假说探讨

摘　　要：儿童注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)为脑功能失调所致,中医治疗有一定优势。笔者根据小儿"肾常虚"的生理特点,及肾-精-髓-脑之间的密切相关性,提出了髓海发育迟缓致儿童注意缺陷多动障碍病机假说,认为本病病机关键为"肾精亏虚,髓海发育迟缓,阴阳失调,阳动有余,阴静不足",据此确立了"益肾填精"治疗大法,研制出"益智宁神颗粒",临床及实验均证实疗效肯定。Chinese medicine has certain advantages in treating the disease of children ADHD which caused by brain dysfunction. According to the physiological characteristics of ＂kidney is often insufficient＂ in children, and the close relations among kidney, marrow, essence and brain, we put forward the pathomechanism hypothesis that growth retardation of spinal marrow caused ADHD, and thought that the deficiency of kidney essence, growth retardation of spinal marrow, and imbalance of yin and yang （yang superabundant and yin insufficient）, are the keys of pathomechanism of ADHD. Accordingly, the tonifying kidney and replenishing essence treatment principle was established, and YiZhiNingShen granule was made which had been confirmed effectively by clinical and experimental research.
