摘  要:针对现代化冷轧宽带钢连续退火生产线上,连续运行中带钢的张力控制数学模型的建立问题,通过解析研究带钢的温度和速度对带钢张力大小及波动的影响而推导出其间关系模型,从带钢打滑机理出发推导出带钢与炉辊之间的打滑描述模型,进而综合建立了考虑多干扰因素的炉内带钢动态张力实时计算模型,提出了新的可改善张力控制效果的前馈控制策略,并进行了相关的仿真验证。The problems of strip tension control models for continuous annealing line were studied. The effect of strip temperature and speed on tension and fluctuation was investigated, furthermore,a new mathematical model for strip tension was established. At the same time, according to slip mechanism,a mathematical model was built to describe slip between strip and furnace rolls. Based on these models,a dynamic mathematical model of strip tension was established and a tension feedforward control strategy of strip was set up. Simulation results confirmed that this mathematical model and control strategy are effective.
