摘 要:目的观察益气补肾中药对糖尿病大鼠脑内单胺类神经递质含量的影响。方法腹腔注射链脲佐菌素(STZ)建立糖尿病Wistar大鼠模型,随机分为模型对照组和脑神康组,健康大鼠为正常对照。脑神康组每日给予脑神康,按600 mg/kg灌胃,其他两组给予等量生理盐水灌胃,喂养6周后处死动物,采静脉血测血糖、胰岛素,取脑组织检测脑内单胺类神经递质含量。结果脑神康组的血糖、胰岛素水平均低于模型对照组(P均<0.05),大脑组织中的去甲肾上腺素(NE)、多巴胺(DA)显著降低,5-羟色胺(5-HT)显著升高,与糖尿病对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益气补肾中药能有效调节糖尿病大鼠脑内单胺类神经递质含量。Objective To explore the effect of the traditional Chinese medicine, Naoshenkang on monoamine neurotransmitters in brain tissues of diabetes mellitus rats. Methods The diabetic model of Wistar rats was duplicated with one streptozotocin intraperitoneal injection, and then the model were randomly divided into 2 groups: the model control group and the Naoshenkang-treatment group, and healthy rats served as the norrnal control group. The Naoshenkang-treatrnent group was lavaged with 600 mg/kg naoshenkang per day, and the model control and the normal control groups were given an equal dose of normal saline. On the sixth weekend, all rats were killed, and then levels of blood sugar and insulin were determined, also the monoamine neurotransmitters in the discrete brain areas were determined. Results The levels of blood sugar and insulin of the Naoshenkang-treatment group were significantly lower than those of the model group( P 〈 0.05), also the levels of norepinephrine (NE) and dopamine (DA) were decreased while the level of 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT) was significantly increased in the Naoshenkang-treatment group. The level of monoamine neurotransmitters was significantly different between the Naoshenkang-treatment group and the model group( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine Naoshenkang can efficiently regulate the level of monoamine neurotransmitters in brain tissues of diabetes mellitus rats.
