摘 要:有杆泵管杆偏磨是一个各油田普遍存在的问题,常规防治方法主要有扶正法、管杆旋转法及抗磨副法等。在抽油管杆环形空间充注原油或其他润滑油,不仅能减轻管杆间的摩擦,对防止高含水采出液对管杆腐蚀也有明显的作用,因而对防止或减轻管杆偏磨效果明显。油润滑防偏磨技术结合泵体结构创新取得了较好的实用效果,有较好的推广应用前景。The Deviation from grinder of sucker rod pumps is a problem penetrating every oilfield. The regular prevention methods include centralizing, revolving pipes and rods and anti-wearing. Injecting crude oil or other lubricating oil into the ring space of pumping pipes and rods can not only decrease the friction among pipes and rods but apparently control the corrosion of high water-cut produced liquid on pipes and rods as well. Therefore, it has obvious effects on preventing or decreasing pipe and rod deviation from grinder. The prevention of deviation from grinder in oil lubrication, integrated with pump structure innovation, obtains better practical effects and has better prospects of popularizing.
