摘　　要：目的探讨一种适合临床应用的乙型肝炎病毒核心抗体(抗-HBc)变色稀释液的配制。方法从近中性的指示剂中选择一种酸碱指示剂配成应用浓度的变色稀释液,用无色和变色稀释液同时检测抗-HBc。结果无色和变色稀释液检测抗-HBc时阴性和阳性结果完全一致,两者的直线相关性好(r=0.995,P>0.05)。结论变色稀释液应用于临床,增加了实验的可靠性,提高了实验效率,避免误诊和漏诊。Objective To investigate the preparation and application of a kind of discoloration dilution suitable for clinical application in anti-HBc assay. Methods Choose one acid-base indicator from the neutral-near.indicators to compound a discoloration dilution of needed concentration. Then use colorless and discoloration dilution to detect the anti-HBc simultaneously. Results Anti-HBc positive or negative results were coincident with that detected with colorless and discoloration dilution. The linear correlation of them was very good （r= 0. 995, P〉0.05）. Conclusion Discoloration dilution in clinical use can greatly increase the reliability and efficiency of the experiment, effectively avoid misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.
