摘 要:为了改善稠油老油田注蒸汽开采的效果,通过对制约稠油热采中后期热采效果关键因素的分析,应用了通过提高驱动能量、扩大蒸汽波及体积来提高注蒸汽开采效果的增效注蒸汽开采技术,该技术室内物理模拟实验表明,非均质岩心驱油效率可提高16.5%.至目前该技术已在河南稠油油田矿场应用170多口井,有效率84.6%,吞吐井的采收率可提高7%~13%,汽驱井组的采收率可提高12%,稠油增效注蒸汽开采技术为河南稠油油田开发后期改善开发效果,确保稳产上产的关键技术之一。The steam injection recovery of the heavy oil in Henan Oilfield has been in the high-cycle period,and lower formation pressure and more underground water affect the heat utilization rate of steam injection,which makes the recovery result of the heavy oil worse and worse.In order to improve the recovery result and enhance the recovery factor,it is necessary to improve the production-injection ratio and expand the steam sweeping volume.Through the analysis of the key factors of influencing the thermal recovery result of the heavy oil,a new thermal recovery technique is applied in the middle-late period of the heavy oil recovery of Henan Oilfield,and the simulation experiment results show that the oil displacement efficiency of inhomogeneous cores can be increased by 16.5%.By now,This technique is applied to more than 170 wells in Henan heavey oilfield,it is shown that the effective rate is 84.6%,The recovery factor of huff-puff wells can be increased by 7~13 percent points,and The recovery factor of steam driving well group can be increased by 12 percent points.So,the technique is one of the key techniques for increasing the thermal recovery efficiency of improving Henan heavy oil fields and insuring the stability of the heavy oil yield.
