摘　　要：5.12汶川特大地震灾难使人民经受了巨大精神打击,陷人民于深深的心理危机之中。灾后心理危机中容易伴生的三种情绪与行为反应障碍:自闭、自责、自弃,会威胁着群众的心理健康,会阻挡人们的心理重建和成长。本文在对自闭反应倾向、自责反应倾向和自我放弃反应倾向进行心理学分析的基础上,介绍了一些灾后情绪与行为反应障碍的自我调适策略与技术。作者认为,灾难后的学习与自助,是人心成长、人生智慧增长的契机。5.12 Wenchuan Great Earth quake put us down into deep mental crisis. Three emotional - behavioral disorders which go together with post - disaste mental crisis, self - closure reactivity, intropunitive reactivity and self - abandon reactivity, always make negative influences upon our mental health, mental rehibilitation and mental development. Based on the analysis on the features and reasons of these disorders, some effective strategies and technics for mental regulation of these post - disaster emotional - behavioral disorders are offered. The authors believe that post - disaster learning and self- helping must be the chance for people to gain both mental growing and wisdom increasing.
