摘　　要：介绍了ZigBee无线技术,在此基础上构建了基于ZigBee的工业环境监测系统,并说明了该系统的组网方式和工作模式。还详细设计了具有数据采集、发送、报警等多种功能的ZigBee通信模块,最终满足了系统故障防范功能的要求,提高了工业生产的安全性和可靠性。Industrial environment and industrial production interconnect and influence each other. This paper briefly introduces zigbee wireless technology, and then constructs industrial environmental monitoring system based on zigbee, and expounds the networking method and operation mode of this system. In addition, this paper detailed designs the zigbee communication module for data acquisition, sending and warning, at last satisfies requirement of failure prevention and improves the safety and reliability of industrial production.
