摘　　要：应用C2G S2模型,以科技活动的有效性和规模收益分析为基础,对甘肃省的科技投入产出效率进行了评价。一方面,通过对甘肃省2001~2005年科技投入产出的C2GS2分析,发现甘肃科技活动在大多数年份里相对有效,但规模收益的效果不是非常明显;另一方面,对甘肃省若干样本产业科技投入的效果进行了分析,揭示出不同产业的科技投入产出效率情况。Based on the effectiveness and returns to scale of technological activities,this paper applies C2GS2 model to evaluate the input/output efficieney of science and technology of Gansu province. On the one hand, according to the C2GS2analysis of the input/output efficiency of science and technology from 2001 to 2005, we find that in most years technological activities in Gansu have been relatively effective, but the effect of returns to scale is not very clear. On the other hand, the analysis of the effects of the input of science and technology of sample industries in Gansu indicates different input/output efficiency levels of science and technology in different industries.
