摘　　要：为解决我国东部欠发达地区如何构建工业园区产业链问题,根据生命周期理论与企业自生能力概念提出产业链生命周期和产业链发展能力两个概念,以其作为构建产业链的理论基础。产业链的构建应根据产业内在联系,理顺其逻辑和时空关系,促进产业链的完善和发展能力的提高。In order to solve the problem of constructing industrial chain in industrial parks in the less developed eastern areas in China, the paper proposs the life cycle and development capability of industrial chain based on the theory of life cycle and the concept of enterprise＇s viability through an analsis on the necessity and possibility of the research. It finds that the construction of industrial chain in industrial parks is to promote its development capability according to the different periods of life cycle of industrial chain.
