摘 要:在综合国内外最新相关技术的基础上,研究了免疫磁珠的制备工艺,建立了一种合成免疫磁珠的新方法。对磁性颗粒进行氨基化修饰、醛基化修饰并且考察了免疫磁珠对抗体(兔抗O157∶H7多克隆抗体)的吸附量。结果免疫磁珠的饱和吸附量是275μg/mg。表明此种新方法所制备的磁珠的表面特性及分离效果均较良好。The newest correlative techniques in the domestic and foreign were compared, The preparation of immunomagnetic bead was studied, and a new method on synthesizing the immunomagnetic bead was established. The surface of the bead was modified by amino groups and aldehyde group. And the adsorption of immunomagnetic bead to the antibody ( rabbit anti O157 : H7 ) were inspected. The result indicated that the saturated adsorption of immunomagnetic bead was 275 μg/mg. The magnetic beads surface characteristics and separation effect were good.
