农业院校图书馆面向经济建设服务探析

摘　　要：面对社会主义市场经济的冲击；面对高科技的飞速发展，信息流量的迅猛增加及信息种类的纷繁复杂；面对现阶段农业院校图书馆经费严重不足，图书馆事业发展缓慢，甚至工作陷入困境的现状，农业院校图书馆文献信息工作如何打破传统的、封闭式的、单效应的（无社会效应）、无经济效益的服务形式；如何树立并强化文献信息全民共享意识；如何适应社会、走向社会、发展信息商品并促进自身发展，不仅是我们在理论上应深入探讨研究的问题，且也应在行动上有计划有规模地付诸实施。本文认为，农业院校图书馆认清形势；发挥优势；拓宽服务思路，开创经济效益。he libraries of agricultural universities are facing some serious problems. The reasons of causing these problems are that nowdays the lash from socialistic market economy, the swift development of advanced science and technology which causes a great increase in both amount and kinds of information,the fund shortage which results in a very slow even stopped development of the libraries. We should not only theoritically study the problems but also take some steps in a planned way and a wide scope to solve the problems. These problems and steps we should take are: (1)how to breake down the traditional,closed,and non-social-and-economic-benefited services;(2)how to implant and strengthen a consciousness that the whole people should share the literature and information;(3)how to meet the needs of society and to develop information commodity .What we should understand the situation clearly, bring our advantages into full play ,widen our idea of services,and create economic benefit so that we could change the situation and serve the socialistic market economy better.
