顶空毛细管气相色谱法测定伊拉地平中有机溶剂的残留量

摘　　要：建立测定伊拉地平中有机溶剂乙醇、二氯甲烷、乙酸乙酯、吡啶残留量的顶空毛细管柱气相色谱法。方法具有良好的线性,测定结果的相对标准偏差小于2%(n=5),回收率为98.7%～99.8%。乙醇、二氯甲烷、乙酸乙酯、吡啶的检出限分别为2.5、6、1、10μg/mL。经方法学验证,该方法灵敏度、准确度均达到有机溶剂测定的要求,可用于伊拉地平原料药中有机溶剂残留量的测定。The method for determining the content of residual solvents ethanol,dichloromethane,ethyl acetate,pyridine in isradipine by headspace capillary gas chromatography was developed with a good linearity. The relative standard deviations of determination results wre less than 2%, and the recoveries ranged from 98.7% to 99.8%. The detection limits of ethanol,dichloromethane,ethyl acetate,pyridine were 2.5,6,1,10 μg/mL repectively. The method was proved to be accurate and sensitive after validation. It is suitable to the determination of residue organic solvents in isradipine.
