医学院校大学生性别角色态度与成就动机的关系研究

摘　　要：笔者研究调查医学院校大学生对于性别角色的一致性倾向和成就动机。研究发现,医学院校大学生成就动机的性别差异、医学生与非医学生差异均不显著。研究同时发现性别角色态度与成就动机存在显著的关系,男性被试的性别角色态度与成就动机中的追求成功和避免失败因子存在显著的正相关,性别角色态度越传统,追求成功和避免失败动机越高。女性被试也具有相似性,即女性的性别角色态度与成就动机中的追求成功与避免失败因子存在显著的正相关,性别角色态度越传统,追求成功和避免失败动机也越高。This study investigated the relationship between gender role orientation and their achievement motivation among medical college students. It was shown that there was no significant difference in the achievement motivation between the genders of all the medical college students, or between medical students and non-medical students. However, there was significant relationship between attitude of gender role and achievement motivation in both sexes. The more traditional gender role attitudes, the higher motivation to pursue success and avoid failure.
