摘　　要：文章从市场缺陷与政府干预、政府缺陷与市场力量介入两个方面论述市场调节与政府调控之间的功能关系,探讨现代市场经济中市场与政府应该以何种方式进行组合,互补利弊。The function relation between market regulation and government regulation is analyzed in two aspects： first, on the market shortcoming and the necessaries of government intervention; second, on the government shortcoming and intervention of market forces. And then how the market corporate with government and help each other under modem market-oriented economy is discussed.
