摘  要:以稀土氯化物、2-氨基-4,6-二甲基嘧啶为原料,制备了一类新型稀土配合物,通过元素分析、红外光谱、紫外光谱等手段对其进行了表征,确定了该配合物的化学组成:RE2(ADMP)(H2O)2Cl3(RE=La3+,Sm3+,Y3+,Er3+,ADMP=2-氨基-4,6-二甲基嘧啶)。抗菌实验结果表明,稀土配合物对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌有较强的抑制作用,抗菌谱广。用MTT法对配合物使癌细胞凋亡能力做了初步研究,证明其具有使癌细胞凋亡的效果。A series of new rare-earth complex was prepared by rare-earth oxide ( RE : La^3 + , Sm^3 + , y^3 + , Er^3 + ) and 2-amino-4,6-dimethylpyr/midine. Their compositions were characterized by elemental analysis, FT-IR and UV-VIS. The compositions of the complexes were confirmed to be RE2 (ADMP)(H2O) 2 Cl3. The antibacterial activity testing shows that all the complexes exhibit antibacterial ability against escherichia coil,staphylococcus aureus. The antimicrobial spectrum of the complexes are broad. MTT was used to study the anticancer ability of the complexes,which indicates that the cancer cells were withered by the complexes.
