摘 要:以十六氟壬醇、顺酐和亚硫酸钠为原料合成了氟碳烷基琥珀酸酯磺酸盐。根据正交实验结果,确定了最佳合成工艺条件,酯化反应:十六氟壬醇与马来酸酐的摩尔比为1∶1.2,反应时间为4 h,反应温度为85℃,催化剂用量为十六氟壬醇的6%,产品的转化率为98.02%;磺化反应:马来酸单酯与无水亚硫酸钠的配比为1∶1.2,反应时间为1.5 h,反应温度为75℃,产品的转化率为98.51%。对产物的性能进行测定,其临界胶束浓度是9.47×10-4mol/L,表面张力是31.13 mN/m。Fluorocarbon alkyl sulfosuccinate monoester surfactants was synthesized on the basis of carochefluorohepnonyl, maleic anhydride and anhydrous sodium sulfite as starting materials. The optimum conditions of esterification and sulfonation were determined from orthogonal test. The superior reaction conditions of ester/fication were identified as, the mole ratio of maleic anhydride to carochefluorohepnonyl is 1.2 : 1 ,reaction time is 4 h ,reaction temperature is 85 ℃ ,the amount of catalyst is 6% of carochefluorohepnonyl,the conversion rate of product is 98.02%. The superior reaction conditions of sulphonation were identified as,the mole ratio of maleic monoester to anhydrous sodium sulfite is 1 : 1.2, reaction time is 1.5 h, reaction temperature is 75 ℃, the conversion rate of product is 98.51%, and its surface properties were investigated,the CMC was 9.47 × 10^-4 mol/L,γcmc was 31.13 mN/m.
