摘  要:报道了一种简便易行的绿色合成反-4-(反-4’-正烷基环己基)环己基甲醛新方法,采用固体酸硅胶固载磺酸为催化剂,将1-甲氧基次甲基-4-(反-4’-正烷基环己基)环己烷直接在同一个反应器中连续进行水解反应和异构化反应,以大于60%的产率获得反-4-(反-4’-正烷基环己基)环己基甲醛,后处理操作简便,省去了过程中的精制纯化,催化剂易于分离和回收利用,无污染废弃物排出,适宜于工业化生产。并用IR、MS、GC分析对目标化合物进行了表征。It introduced a new and environment protected method of synthesis for trans-4-( trans-4'-n-alkylcyclohexyl) cyclohexane methoxymethene. It was catalyzed by sulfonic acid supported on silica gel. Hydrolysis reaction and isomerization reaction of trans-4-(trans-4'-n-alkylcyclohexyl)cyclohexanearboxalde-hyde are the continuous reactions in the same vessel. Obtains trans-4-(trans-4'-n-alkylcyclohexyl)cyclohexane methoxymethene with the minimum yield of 62.2%. The manipulation after treatment is easy, subtracts purification process from the process. Catalyst is easy to be separated and recovery and utilization. There is no emission of pollutants. It is suitable for industrial production. The structure of the target product were characterized by IR, MS spectra, GC spectra and elemental analysis.
