摘　　要：原来的铝型材表面处理生产线是阳极氧化后采用纯水沸水法封孔。近年来国内冷封孔工艺日趋成熟,封孔效果好,节约能耗,槽液易于管理;通过修改原生产线的控制程序,使工艺流程改变,实现冷封孔工艺过程。The original surface treatment is the aluminum anodizing, use of water boiling water sealing. The recent domestic cold sealing technology is maturity sealing effect and energy excellent, and management advantages of bath, be wider range of applications. Through the amendment process to achieve changes in process control to achieve cold sealing process.
