摘 要:通过自制加载时效设备研究了2124-T4铝合金薄板在170℃和190℃下的加载时效过程。结果证明,自制设备能够定性连续地测量加载时效样品的变形;施加弹性应力在190℃或170℃时效可获得明显的不可恢复的变形;在时效加载过程随样品的快速升温可发生屈服载荷低于T4状态屈服载荷的现象;在190℃加载时效比在170℃加载时效获得的变形量更大,而且加载时效过程提早施加载荷以及增加加载时间均有利于变形量的增大。A study on the stress-aged forming of 2124-T4 aluminum alloy at different aging temperature had been investigated by hardness, conductivity, transmission electron microscopy and the experimental equipment designed by ourselves. The results show that the equipment can test the deformation continuously and qualitatively, which is quite easy and convenient; the obvious permanent deformation can be obtained when the specimen is aged at 190℃ or 170℃ with elastic stress; it's observed that the yield stress when the alloy is stress-aged can be lower than that in T4 condition; the deformation of the alloy is larger when aged at 190℃ than that at 170℃ and when aged earlier and for longer time.
