摘 要:采用标准模型和随机轨道模型对新型惯性撞击式淘析器内的树脂颗粒运动轨迹进行了模拟研究,预测了不同粒径颗粒的运动轨迹和速度分布。结果表明:通过在淘析段加人格栅板,使大颗粒在器内的运动路径变长,颗粒与格栅间的碰撞作用促进了粘附在粗颗粒表面上细粉尘的分离;加长对流分离段有利于提高粒料中离散的细粉尘的分离。工业规模实验验证了模拟结果。工业应用结果表明:设备投入运行后,除尘风机的能力得到发挥,没有发生堵料、不下料的状况,设备的除尘能力明显较以前增强,产品的外观质量得到根本改善。Study on numerical simulation of moving path of resin particles in a novel inertial impaction elutriator was conducted based on standard model and stochastic tracking model. The motion path curves and velocity distribution of the resin particles with different diameters were predicted. The results show that the guided grid trays installed in the elutriating zone make the traveling distances of the large resin particles in the elutriator get longer; the percussin action between the particles and the grid facilitates the separation of the fine dust adhered on the surface the coarse particles. Lengthening the convection section can benefit the separation of discrete fine dusts in the granular resin feed.The test on industrial scale validates the simulation restdt.The industrial application indicates that the dust catcher fully exerts its capacity after putting into operation and no feed blockage and failure in discharge happens. The appearance of the resin product is significantly ameliorated due to the enhancement in dust removing capability of the facility.
