摘　　要：采用线型低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)和热塑性弹性体乙烯-辛烯共聚物(POE)对高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)薄膜进行改性,研究了 LLDPE 和 POE 对共混体系薄膜力学性能、加工性能的影响,探讨了 LLDPE 增强 HDPE 的机理。结果表明,加入一定量 LLDPE,使 HDPE/LLDPE 薄膜的拉伸强度较纯 HDPE 薄膜有所增加,而单位冲击破损质量则有所下降。当 w(LLDPE)为15%时,HDPE/LLDPE 薄膜的拉伸强度提高21.6%,薄膜的单位冲击破损质量降低23.0%。在 HDPE/LLDPE/POE 三元体系中,当 w(POE),w(LLDPE)分别为10%,15%时,薄膜的拉伸强度、单位冲击破损质量、断裂伸长率比纯 HDPE 薄膜分别提高2.3%,113%,36.0%,综合性能良好。The authors modified high density polyethylene （HDPE） films with linear low density polyethylene （LLDPE） and ethylene-octene copolymer （POE）, a kind of thermoplastic elastomer, and studied the influences of LLDPE and POE on mechanical properties and processability of the films made of the blending system. The reinforcement mechanism of HDPE with LLDPE was explored. The results indicate that adding given amount of LLDPE makes tensile strength of the HDPE/LLDPE film increase somewhat, compared with pure HDPE film, whereas the dart impact strength decreases to some extent. When LLDPE content attains to 15%, the tensile strength of the HDPE/LLDPE film increases 21.6% while its dart impact strength decreases 23.0%. In the ternary system of HDPE/LLDPE/POE, in case the POE and LLDPE content reaches 10% and 15% respectively, the film＇s tensile strength, dart impact strength and elongation at break increases 23.0%, 113% and 36.0% respectively. The comprehensive performance of the films is superior.
