单卵囊感染的雏鸡日龄及某些生物学特性的研究

摘　　要：采用鸡球虫单卵囊感染雏鸡，对雏鸡日龄及生物学特性进行了研究。结果表明，１、７、１５和３０ｄ雏鸡的感染成功率分别为６３．３％、６０％、３．３３％和０；与该种球虫鉴定时的指标相比，潜隐期从１４１ｈ延长至（１７６．６±７．２）ｈ，卵囊由（２０．１６±１．１６）μｍ×（１５．５９±１．１３）μｍ增大至（２４．３２±１．３）μｍ×（１８．６１±０．７５）μｍ，孢子囊由（１１．６４±０．８５）μｍ×（５．８６±０．５９）μｍ增大至（１２．８９±０．８５）μｍ×（７．５１±０．２５）μｍ；显露期为（４９．８±５．６２）ｈ，每鸡排出８．４２×１０４个卵囊。The chicks at different ages were infected with a single oocyst of Eimeria tenella , and some biological characters were observed The results showed that the incidences of infection in the chicks at 1, 7, 15 and 30 days old were 63 3%, 60%, 3 33% and 0, respectively Compared with their parent, the pretatent period was prolonged from 141 h to (176 6±7 2) h The oocysts and sporocysts were increased from (20 16±1 16)μm×(15 59±1 13)μm to (24 32± 1 3)μm ×(18 61±0 75)μm and from (11 64±0 85)μm×(5 86±0 59)μm to (12 89±0 85)μm×(7 51±0 25)μm, respectively The patent period was (49 80±5 62) h The yield per oocysts was 8 42×10 4
