摘 要:目的:建立准确测定盐酸左氧氟沙星片含量的方法。方法:以0.1mol/L盐酸溶液代替水为溶剂,采用紫外分光光度法,在293nm波长处,以左氧氟沙星为对照品测定盐酸左氧氟沙星片的含量。结果:左氧氟沙星对照品在2.530—10.120μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为99.54%,RSD为0.61%。结论:该方法重现性好,结果准确可靠,并且可在不使用盐酸左氧氟沙星对照品的状态下,有效、准确地测定盐酸左氧氟沙星片剂的含量。Objective: To establish a method for determining the content of levofloxacin hydrochloride in levofloxacin hydrochloride tablets. Methods: Levofloxacin hydrochloride tablets were determined by UV spectrophotometry using 0.1 mol/L HCl as solvent rather than water. The determination wavelength was set at 293 nm with levofloxacin as reference. Results: For levofloxacin, the linear range was 2. 530- 10. 120 μg/mL, and the average recovery was 99.54% with RSD 0.61%. Conclusion: The result of assay by the method developed was proved to be well reproducible, accurate and reliable. And it can be used effectively without the reference of levofloxacin hydrochloride.
