紫外分光光度法测定盐酸左氧氟沙星片的含量

摘　　要：目的：建立准确测定盐酸左氧氟沙星片含量的方法。方法：以0．1mol／L盐酸溶液代替水为溶剂，采用紫外分光光度法，在293nm波长处，以左氧氟沙星为对照品测定盐酸左氧氟沙星片的含量。结果：左氧氟沙星对照品在2．530—10．120μg／mL范围内线性关系良好，平均加样回收率为99．54％，RSD为0．61％。结论：该方法重现性好，结果准确可靠，并且可在不使用盐酸左氧氟沙星对照品的状态下，有效、准确地测定盐酸左氧氟沙星片剂的含量。Objective： To establish a method for determining the content of levofloxacin hydrochloride in levofloxacin hydrochloride tablets. Methods： Levofloxacin hydrochloride tablets were determined by UV spectrophotometry using 0.1 mol/L HCl as solvent rather than water. The determination wavelength was set at 293 nm with levofloxacin as reference. Results： For levofloxacin, the linear range was 2. 530- 10. 120 μg/mL, and the average recovery was 99.54% with RSD 0.61%. Conclusion： The result of assay by the method developed was proved to be well reproducible, accurate and reliable. And it can be used effectively without the reference of levofloxacin hydrochloride.
